20+ Years in Early Childhood Education

B.A. Early Childhood Education | M.A. Teacher Leadership

For Rebecca, returning to Elmhurst Premier Childcare truly feels like coming home.

Rebecca was an integral part of EPC from the very beginning, helping open our doors and serving our families for nearly six years. She helped guide the center through its earliest years, the challenges of covid, and the growth that followed. Today, we are incredibly proud to welcome her back as our Executive Director.

With more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Rebecca brings extensive knowledge of child development, classroom leadership, teacher development, and childcare operations. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s Degree in Teacher Leadership.

Rebecca believes exceptional childcare begins with exceptional people. She is deeply committed to supporting and developing our teachers, maintaining high standards throughout the center, and ensuring every child is known, nurtured, challenged, and genuinely cared for.

Her warmth, experience, and longstanding connection to EPC make her an important part of what sets our locally owned, boutique center apart.

Welcome home, Rebecca.

Higher Standards. More Personal Care. A Better Beginning.
