Elmhurst Premier Childcare is proud to be led by Rebecca, the return of our Executive Director. Rebecca brings extensive experience in early childhood education, childcare operations, and team leadership, along with a genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences for children and families.  Rebecca spent almost 6 years with us, including our initial opening, our growth through Covid and years thereafter!

Rebecca believes that every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment where they can learn, explore, and thrive. She is committed to maintaining the highest standards of care, supporting teacher development, and building strong relationships with families throughout their childcare journey.

As Executive Director, Rebecca oversees the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring that our classrooms provide a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. Her leadership helps foster the positive, family-centered culture that Elmhurst Premier Childcare is known for.

Rebecca's dedication to excellence, combined with her approachable and caring nature, makes her a valued resource for both families and staff. She is always available to answer questions, offer support, and help ensure every child receives the exceptional care they deserve.
