At Elmhurst Premier Childcare, we believe the quality of a child’s early learning experience begins with the educators guiding and nurturing them each day.

We are committed to maintaining higher standards in early childhood education by building a team of experienced, professional, and dedicated educators who are passionate about child development, intentional learning, and creating meaningful relationships with children and families.

Unlike many traditional childcare programs, we require our lead educators to come to us with prior childcare experience along with either:

• a degree in early childhood education or a related field
OR
• a commitment to obtaining professional early childhood certification through a CDA (Child Development Associate) or CCP credential program.

We believe children deserve more than minimum standards — they deserve knowledgeable educators who understand child development, classroom structure, emotional growth, communication, and intentional early learning practices.
