Tiara serves as Administrative Director at Elmhurst Premier Childcare, bringing a strong background in early childhood education, curriculum leadership, center administration, and teacher development.

With extensive experience in licensed childcare operations, Tiara has held leadership positions overseeing curriculum implementation, staff training, enrollment management, licensing compliance, classroom quality, scheduling, and day-to-day center operations. Her experience includes leadership roles within nationally recognized childcare programs, where she supported high standards in early childhood education, classroom structure, and family engagement.

Tiara holds a Master of Education in Child Development and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education in Leadership and Innovation, reflecting her continued commitment to growth, leadership, and excellence in early childhood education.

She is deeply passionate about creating structured, nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environments where children feel safe, supported, confident, and inspired to learn. Her leadership style focuses heavily on intentional learning, teacher support, family communication, classroom quality, and fostering meaningful relationships within the school community.
