About us

Elmhurst Premier Childcare is a boutique, family-owned childcare center founded by Kasindra, a dedicated owner-operator with over 16 years of experience. A proud Elmhurst University alumna with a Bachelor’s Degree, Kasindra's journey as a single mother of three—including twins who are now adults and a two-year-old grandson, inspired the creation of Elmhurst Premier Childcare. 

Kasindra’s journey as a single mother has deeply shaped her commitment to creating a nurturing, high-quality learning environment for families. Her hands-on experience navigating the educational landscape in her hometown has fueled her passion to provide exceptional care and education right here in downtown Elmhurst, IL.

Beyond her work in early childhood education, Kasindra has served her community in various leadership roles, including the March Of Dimes family on multiple occasion, as a former Elmhurst Economic Development Commissioner and currently is the Chairman of the Elmhurst American Legion Annual Military Benefit, held every October.

Her story is at the heart of EPC—where children are nurtured, families are supported, and lifelong learning begins.
