Rebecca is our Executive Director. Rebecca was born in England, moved to the US in 1993 with her family. She has a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education from Western Illinois University. She also has her Masters in Teacher Leadership from Roosevelt University. She has been working in Early Childhood Education since for over a decade after she graduated from Western Illinois University in May of 2000. Her hobbies include: going to Orangetheory, training for marathons and spending time with her two nieces, Lilly and Hannah.

Rozina is our Assistant Director and Educational Coordinator. Rozina has 20+ years in the early childhood field. She is passionate, caring and experienced in the classroom and has worked with all ages of children, however, her passion is toddlers. Rozina holds her AA in Early Childhood Education and her Bachelor's in Child Development. You'd never know by looking at her, but Rozina is a grandmother and enjoys her free time with her family. She enjoys trying out new recipes and roller skating too! Rozina is so passionate in all she does in the classroom and with all of the children she cares for!
Janie is our Quality Control Manager and Curriculum Director. Although Janie does not have any children of my own, her dedication is commendable and the impact enormous. Janie is of Puerto Rican descent and lives in Chicago. She speaks both English and Spanish fluently, She likes to travel back to Puerto Rico once a year to visit family. She has been working with children for over 11 years now and will tell you she LOVES it! Her experience covers lead teaching and also directing a center. Janie is also finishing her degree at Oakton Community College in Early Childhood Education, however, already has two certificates, one for Early Childhood Education and the other in Basic Infant Toddler Techniques. Her goal in working with children (and their families) so they grow up to be wonderful, loving, and intelligent young people.
Adilene is a compassionate and educated teacher. Her love for children is enormous and it runs in her family. She is extremely dedicated and her passion for children runs deep in how she cares for each child as her own. She enjoys helping young children develop and reach milestones and has tremendous compassion.
Alexa has been working with children only a year, but don't let the lack of years fool you! She is amazing with children and her passion for children shows! Her dedication to ensuring classrooms are safe, clean and organized are reflective in her compassion and ability to engage all of the children in her care. Alexa also has a dog named, "Waffles" who is the cutest little fluff ball and yes, the name Waffles does come from the breakfast food!
Mrs Arsh subs for us when she's available. She has over a decade experience working with young children.
Ellie has been working with children for a few years now yet she has always had a passion for spending time with children. She actually began teaching in early childhood when she was pregnant, with her son, and fell in love with the environment, children and families. In her free time, Ellie enjoys family, dining, shopping and being pampered! Thank you, Ellie, for your service. She is also a Veteran.
Grace comes to us from Elmhurst University. She loves teaching and working with children along with watching them grow. Grace develops strong relationships with children and appreciates the growth of those relationships. She also loves cooking and trying new recipes in her spare time.
Malgorzata has Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Arts and a Major in Polish language and literature. She has her teaching certification in Early Childhood Education from College of DuPage. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, kayaking and listening to news from around the world so she can keep up to date on current events. Being a part of a child's life is an honor and it gives her great joy.
Maria has worked with kids as far as her memory takes her back. She loves seeing their little faces when they learn something new! She always knew she wanted to be a teacher, her desire was to be that special someone that would make a difference in a young child's life. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and son. She also loves time with her niece and nephew as often as she can. Maria has 3 fur babies and when weather permits, she enjoys family walks and time at the park!
Savannah comes to us after spending time as her mother's caregiver. She's compassionate and grew up loving school. She attributes her dedication to children from her own teachers that helped develop her love of school, art and children. Savannah also worked off and on in nursing homes and quickly learned her passion is caring for people. We look forward to her pursuance of early childhood certifications. In her spare time, Savannah enjoys art and painting, yoga, nature walks with her daughter and dog and cooking.
Enrique comes to us as our main Kitchen Manager. He has a background in food management and helps us ensure our children have nutritious snacks in the morning and afternoon. Like all of our staff, Enrique is fully background checked and also wonderful with the children who love him almost immediately.
